Who we are

"Yulixis" refers to Yulixis, a Texas based studio operated by AJ and April Campos. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Yulixis.

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of yulixis.com (the "Site"). They do not cover individual apps. Each Yulixis app ships with its own end user agreement inside the app, and that is the source of truth for the app's terms.

Acceptable use

By visiting the Site you agree to:

• Not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the Site.
• Not impersonate Yulixis or its staff.
• Not submit fraudulent or spammy waitlist signups.

Content ownership

All content on yulixis.com (text, images, logo, illustrations, layout) is owned by Yulixis or licensed to us. Share links freely. Do not redistribute the content commercially without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uptime, accuracy of forward looking statements, or that Chore Battles will ship on any specific date.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yulixis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be announced on the site.
